401K matching of 25% up to 6% of pay plus quarterly 401K match doubling
Definitely the time off. Project timelines were tight, and there are exactly an excess of employees that can pick up in your absence.
Salary based but able to bank hours to use for later or cash out at the end of the quarter.
Holidays do not always line up with clients so vacation must be used
This is a fairly small company and there is only one option for health insurance.
For Salaried employees (Engineers, for example) the standard work week is 38 hours, Monday through Thursday. There are core hours from 8am to 4pm that employees MUST be in the office, but aside from that the schedule is quite flexible. Some employees were coming in as early as 5 am and some leaving later than 7pm depending on workload. The opportunity to work more than 38 hours in a week, or on Fridays, is based on what clients are willing to allow, and several clients were willing to allow RFA employees to work that extra time. Extra time accrued is handled at the standard pay rate for salaried employees, with options to use time worked in one week as pseudo-vacation time in another. All requires client and RFA approval, but it allowed several opportunities for extended weekends and other flexibility in the work week for appointments.
