Domestic partner benefits are generous. Continuing education is encouraged and paid for by the company. The HR department is top-notch, very helpful and supportive.

Cost of the benefits is comparable with the current rate. They should have more PTO for their employees to maximize work life balance.
Generous PTO balance that rolls over year to year; employer contribution to HSA; employer match to 401k; wellness incentive to save money on insurance premiums.
Best part is having all federal holidays off. The worst is the ever changing medical coverage.
