Health insurance is prohibitively expensive. Coverage for a spouse/domestic partner costs more than acquiring health insurance on the public market. At least one executive is on their spouse's insurance because company provided insurance is so costly.
Health insurance is fine for a single employee. If you want to add a spouse you'll be paying $1000 out of pocket per month. It's really ridiculous.
