Employer Summary

RGIS provides a group limited medical plan to hourly employees after 90 days of service. Salaried employees may enroll in short and long term disability, Life, and AD&D insurance after 30 days. Flexible spending accounts for health care and dependent care expenses are also available to RGIS salaried employees.

    Good health insurance, simple co-pay low cost, includes dental and vision as well

    It was not major major medical health insurance. It was a limited health insurance plan. If you needed surgery or if you got very sick it would only pay a small portion. Most people would be better off with health insurance through Obamacare, Medicaid, Medicare or other insurance if they have that option.

    It's great insurance, I can use any doctor I want, and it is reasonably priced. The insurance company will refuse to pay for covered services (for example, a physical exam) if you are even one day prior to the full time required between visits. The insurance company is unreasonable and difficult to deal with in this regard.

    Meets only minimal Obama care standards and paid for by the employee. Since it is offered, even though it barely covers anything substantial, you must accept it, or you will not qualify for the government health care subsidy.
