They offer an HSA plan that enables you to rollover your money. FSA if you don't use it - you lose it.
Decent medical options; no tuition reimbursement, but annual stipend of $250 to use toward continuing education; also there are company sponsored WebEx presentations and online courses that are eligible for CPE credit.
