Decent for a consulting firm - medical, dental, eyes and 401K. Time off benefits worked on an accrual system based on hours worked.

Lack of flexible approach - focused on 35 yo worker only.
Good company. Several medical plan options. Not inexpensive, especially for a family. Formal company holidays are disappointing and below the norm, although the week between Christmas and New Years has been awarded the last few of years which was nice, but is discretionary, so the extra PTO they may offer is not what it may appear when looking at overall days off per year. No sick days are offered. They offer employee wellness programs, 401K with match, disability ins, life ins, etc. These are good benefits. I’m not sure why several other government holidays are not recognized, including MLK. Overall middle of the road benefits.
Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k with matching, ESPP, PTO (which could be better since there are minimal paid holidays and if client has paid holiday, emp must take PTO to get paid for that day), bereavement. Big plus is if certain billable hours requirement is met in prior rolling quarter, 100% medical insurance cost will be covered by RGP during time on the bench unpaid between clients
Health insurance after 90 days of employment and 90 days after end of assignment in case they aren’t able to get you off the waiting bench. Small 401(k) match. Ability to earn paid holidays and PTO which is not offered by other staffing/consulting firms
401K matching and PTO is great there.
