Hospitalization coverage is the best. Dental coverage is available. Earned leave is available for full time employees which is needed for vacations, sick leave, maternity leave, school leave time and personal leave.
too much to pay for out of little pay
just like most, benefit co pays keep going up in order to keep cost down.
Employess do not make enough money to pay for the benefits package.
