RIT is a great organization to work for! The benefit package accommodates so many areas for their employees and their families. I would recommend RIT as an employer.
the best thing is its insurance policy, that is you dont need to pay for insurance and company does that for you.
The work experience is great and you get to learn lots of things from Manager. The students on campus are paid very less.
They contribute 9% to your 403b, offer free degrees, and 4 weeks paid vacation time beginning from day 1
No benefits due to the fact that I was part time and this was a temporary position.
I did not receive any benefits as I was a part time worker who was a student. I just received the salary.
The best part is the screening process. Its pretty simple and does not takes a lot of days for anybody to get hired.
For graduate research assistants, health insurance is not provided. Other than that, payment is decent. Sometimes you can not do more than 10 hours of work a week.
Not sure about all the benefits since I only work part-time, but working as a research assistant is one of the highest paying jobs on campus. It also looks good on your resume.
no benefits for student workers
