RMH offers paid vacation and sick days though if you do not use them at the end of the year you lose them. Their 401(k) is OK and their medical is a little pricey but not too bad. They also offer FMLA and short-term and military leave. They have a lawyer savings account and a health care spending account . I also gave you life insurance in option for more overall a great company I'm very satisfied . Competitive in pay!!
I do not use any of the benefits myself but many of my co workers take advantage of the plans that are offered. It's nice for a big company to look out for all levels of employment
We get health insurance and a 401k package offered if you maintain atleast 35 hours a week in a year. No vacation at this time, but they are pushing to get it back for us. The management works well with the schedule to allow vacation(non-paid) to people who allow them to have notice.
You get a decent percentage off each meal and a possible insurance bonus.

I have not received a benefit package. I have only been employed for about 6 months so I'm sure after a period of time they do offer the life and medical benefits. Other than that, the discounts and other benefits are nice.
