They do not contribute to HSA but nice 401K matching contributions. They also have a decent discount program through ADP.
Basic plan. It's a little out-dated with 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of sick. You earn 3 weeks after 5 years. Paycheck is bi-monthly instead of every two weeks.
Like most small companies, it's hard to leverage limited employee numbers to make healthcare costs feasible. Other benefits packages are on par with industry standard.
