it is good company to work with. They provide all the necessary benefits and focus on both customer and employee.
Cost of medical insurance is high
Health insurance options were very good. The 401k was average and vacation and sick days were average. There was nothing bad to say about the benefits.
I wasn't involved too much in the benefits package because I was an intern. They had a cafeteria and workout facility which was pretty cool.
The work-life balance at RMS
At the beginning of the year each employee is given a "purse" usually $5,400 to spend on benefits. I.e. health insurance, short-term-term & Long-term disability, etc. There us also an option to buy more vacation time. One if the draw backs is that since the parent company, iQor is a global company, when the office is closed for a holiday, you have to use one of your vacation days.
