Health insurance options are good and the company contributes to profit sharing.
Pretty standard benefits package. Great commuter benefit!
The benefits are about average.
Covers health insurance and 401k and other great perks! RPA cares about their people!
All employee's no matter their experience get 10 vacation days. No questions asked, HR will not negotiate. This of this as an extreme corporate structure from 1950. You have to be in exactly at 9, no grace period. People still take a 1 hour lunch. Hours are tracked to the minute
The benefits are standard; nothing exciting or over the top. The health insurance offerings are good, and it's a great place for maternity/paternity leave.
you obtain 10 days of vacation, but cannot take them until after 6 months of tenure, standard healthcare, you have to pay for parking - $50 a month, they pay for 50% of your phone up to $50, 75% up to $75 if you're a director or above, no 401k matching, no summer-fridays. Holidays off between Christmas and New Years.
Company pays a decent amount of health/dental/vision but the 401K is an extremely expensive package. Paternity leave was a very grey area and most men would eat into vacation days to make up for the lack of support for time off.
They match after 2 years!
The benefits are flexible to fit needs of employees as they change. I found all coverage to be very inclusive. Colleen, the benefits manager in HR is WONDERFUL and easy to work with if questions ever arise. She will help you with anything from changing your insurance plan to finding a new doctor or even exploring new services all together.
