Great benefits and time off
Many benefits and wellness plan offered. Company pays a large portion of medical and dental. The 401(k) has a good company match and stock option. Large amount of paid time off for personal and vacation.
Competitive benefits compared with peer firms. Vacation time increases with company tenure. 401k matching and ability to purchase company stock.
401K is good. 6% match. Health insurance is decent and its comparable to other firms.

The benefits package covers alot but it is very expensive for the employee. You pay a large amount of money for what you are getting.
Vision is the worst. Health isn't bad. Vacation days are crap.
Benefits are good, but everything is not available to everyone. For example, only project managers are eligible for performance bonuses. Stock is also not available for purchase by all employees, you must be invited to purchase.
