They offer a great benefits package. There are many options for health insurance and can be tailored for your needs.
Medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, etc
No complaints. Good insurance. Good PTO. 0.5% up to 6% match. All around reasonable part of a compensation package. Pto split between sick time and personal time. Special rules on rollover and what you may use.
Great benefits and time off
Many benefits and wellness plan offered. Company pays a large portion of medical and dental. The 401(k) has a good company match and stock option. Large amount of paid time off for personal and vacation.
Competitive benefits compared with peer firms. Vacation time increases with company tenure. 401k matching and ability to purchase company stock.
