    The benefits package covers alot but it is very expensive for the employee. You pay a large amount of money for what you are getting.

    Benefits are good, but everything is not available to everyone. For example, only project managers are eligible for performance bonuses. Stock is also not available for purchase by all employees, you must be invited to purchase.

    The dental plan is a joke! You have the option to pick Health savings or PPO but they push Health saving. Adding family to plan is very costly.
