Solid benefits - good coverage for medical/dental/vision. Good amount of paid vacation time given each year (3-4 weeks). Great parental leave policies, up to nearly 3 months for the fathers and 6 for the mothers. 401k is so-so there is some match. Not a lot of other financial benefits

RSA Security has good benefits. There are less choices for health plans and the health plan costs have gone up after Dell acquired RSA.

Best thing is the very flexible work/life balance of working from home or at the office and 10 Personal/Sick Days. Worst would be the very limited health care coverage options.
