    RSI has standard benefits package for a small to medium sized company. Benefits are better for an individual than for a family.

    Health insurance packages were reasonably priced and had good coverage. Entry-level full time employees received 3 weeks paid vacation/year, while managers and those who had been at the company for several years received more. PTO had to be earned over time before it could be used, which was frustrating at times of emergency, though managers and HR were generally understanding. Company perks varied between projects -- some projects were more on top of planning "Team Outings" and holiday gifts for employees. There was 401K matching, which was nice, however the match percentage could be better. Overall, standard corporate benefits.

    The 401k matching program was great and the helathcare benefits were pretty good as well.

    The benefits package at RSI is very good, and continues to be supportive of family life for employees. They continue to adjust and improve year over year. Even as the medical coverage cost went up significantly in recent years, RSI kept the impact on the employee pretty minimal.

    Really comprehensive health insurance (dental and vision) coverage, just that the monthly employee premiums are on the higher side, but the overall selection of doctors and coverage is excellent. Flexible job tracks is good for allowing people who do like RSI to stay at RSI for a long long time, evolving their career as personal situation changes.

    The 401k match for the company isnt as great. Apart from that the Benefits package is standard.

    The benefits are very average. They really try to sell the year end performance bonus, but it's really all a game of favorites and black box. I would rather be paid for my hard work in OT up front than hoping they feel my hard work warrants a decent bonus. Also they try to play up the profit sharing benefit, but don't get excited, it is not a large sum of money and it is not a guarantee every year.
