The 401k match could be better
none for contracting employees. full time employees have benefits
RSI offers a great 401K with employer matching. The vesting period is comparable to other firms that I have worked for. The health, dental, and vision benefit packages offered are well above par. Profit sharing is also a great benefit!
It was alright. Nothing great
401k match is dismal at best, and requires going with a terrible portfolio management company. Bonuses and profit sharing are pitiful. Upper management pockets most of it. Health benefits are more expensive than comparable options from outside companies despite being subsidized. Sick leave comes out of your PTO, which is a pitiful 10 days a year. Out of the 15 Federal holidays were supposed to have off, we were forced to work three of them with no compensation.
