Lots of opportunities for PTO and paid holidays, if your practice can afford to let you take them. Health/Medical/Dental is average, not great but not terrible either. Office culture is great.
RSM's benefits package is the best I've had from any company. They offer plenty of options, unlimited PTO for Managers and above and tons of flexibility.
Great HSA matching program. Average 401k match. Pretty good health insurance. The free meals and outings don't hurt either.
They have all the benefits that you want from a business. Can't take PTO from January to April 15th.
Great benefits package. Health insurance much better than most.
The benefits with the firm are very good. Health insurance is reasonable with the health savings account match and the 401k match is about average with the industry. One thing lacking is a travel bonus which doesn't affect all employees but the firm doesn't hesitate in making employees travel.
CONS: Pretty expensive health, no help with commuter travel or parking PROS: good paid time off, flexible work options available
Best is the health insurance and 401(K) plan and the worse is maternity leave.
The good thing is there are lots of benefit options. On the downside the health insurance is kind of expensive for a family.
RSM provides a ton of paid time off and holidays. There are peak times when it isn't available for use, but there are also dips that it can be used within.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
