Interns do not get most, if not all, of the full-time benefits
Not impressive package for a large, rich firm. 401k match is lame, uncompetitive. Actually using the health insurance is expensive. Unlimited PTO is being rolled out to many, but if you already have banked PTO, you will lose much of it during the transition, which benefits the partners, not you. Somehow in the end, RSM leaves a "cheap" taste in your mouth.
Average Plan from a big company
Self managed PTO, health insurance could be better, paternity leave could be better
Good PTO and benefits. They make sure you are doing well mentally
Package was okay, 401k and match is not up to par with other companies as it has a vesting period and is only 50% of first 6% percent match. Having reviewed a lot of 401k plans for work it is on the lower end of the spectrum.
401k match , health insurance are best things, no commissions on new business is terrible. Lots of pto given but never able to use it because of charge hour goals.
401k is ok, insurance was mediocre
They have good insurance programs
Poor benefits package offered by RSM
