Vacation and sick accruals are combined,no payouts if you reach max accrual, use it or loose it!
Health insurance is paid by company for employee. Employee pays for added members to insurance (i.e., family members).
Number of days seems very competitive, if not better than most employers
Manager and up receives unlimited paid time off, below manager it is based on level starting at like 12 days per year. Additionally there are 10 paid holidays.

As a senior associate I had 23 days available (at the accrual rate of 23/12) and had no problem taking two-week vacations with plenty of PTO left over. You have to factor that you don't use ANY for at least 4-5 months you are very busy (not allowed during Jan-April) so you will accrue it. Always had plenty of vacation in my bank and they were flexible with half-days.
