Insurance was reasonable for 80/20 or 90/10. 401k matched 25 percent of every dollar invested. Overtime was expected and required, if your weak and simple minded looking for 40hrs and out, don't apply.

Even though the bonus has been stated as 20% - the actual that has been given in the last 2 years is around 7 to 13 %. The medical benefit is good.Plus they also pay for quarterly Fitness club.
