Good 401k contribution. Just began providing 6 wks paid parental leave. Paid time off is only 4 weeks per year with no comp time for international travel.

The benefits are great! Good health and 401 plan. Work from home and flexible work schedule are amazing.

Despite it being a nonprofit, employees receive plenty of benefits not often seen in our sector. There is great respect for the employees as evident by our generous 401(k) contributions, gym memberships, PTO, etc.

I worked part time so there were no company perks, health insurance or 401k. I did earn pto which was great being part time.

Very good benefits. Worst might be health care but it's worse most other places.

Beginning January 1, 2017 - 6 weeks maternity and paternity leave will be given. Short term disability will be paid for by RTI. 4 weeks PTO (vacation and sick), 8 fixed holidays, 2 floating holidays, 7% contribution into 401k no matter the employee's contribution after a year of employment subject to vesting schedule, health care premiums seem reasonable for individual but high for family.

The benefits used to be much better when I first joined RTI. Over the years they have taken away a lot of things to cut cost.
