New hires accrue 4 weeks of PTO per year, tenured staff accrue up to 6 weeks per year. Allow annual PTO carry over of up to one full year's accrual.
4 weeks paid time off,
Vacation and PTO starts at a good level for senior staff and increases over time. However, it's really hard to get time off because the support for a healthy work/life balance is nonexistent. It's a good payout when you leave, though, so that's something I guess.
It would have been great to have paid holidays but I wasn't there long enough to experience that luxury. And the paid time for the first year is only 16 hours. That is ridiculous
Starting with 4 weeks off per year is the minimum for full time employee.
I was a part time employee. Yet I was still able to accrue pto. That's outstanding when I didn't expect that to occur being part time.
5 weeks off and an extra week per 5 years worked
This benefit seemed standard but was appreciated.
Great for current employees, but they are reducing the time off for new hires to save on costs.
