We do have access to Perkspot. Perkspot is where we can purchase discounted trips, hotels, tickets, or cars. It does change what is available but it has a wide variety of things to purchase. I do not care too much for Cigna due to it is a deductible based insurance. Therefor the company does not contribute to the insurance. However I do enjoy our 401k through TransAmerica.
The best thing is they offer benefits, the worst is they don't cover anything.

Best thing about benefits are the healthcare providers are decent, and they offer medical, dental, and vision. However, benefits are only offered to full time associates.

The bonus every month is nice, benefits are a little pricey and not that fruitful compared to Obamacare, 80/20 and deductible is high (over 4,000 dollars)
The staff is very nice and know there stuff , bad thing is they have to tell you about a benefits package that its worth the money you pay for it. deductibles are ridiculous and 401 k only matches at end of the year.
