The best thing is they offer benefits, the worst is they don't cover anything.
We do have access to Perkspot. Perkspot is where we can purchase discounted trips, hotels, tickets, or cars. It does change what is available but it has a wide variety of things to purchase. I do not care too much for Cigna due to it is a deductible based insurance. Therefor the company does not contribute to the insurance. However I do enjoy our 401k through TransAmerica.

Best thing about benefits are the healthcare providers are decent, and they offer medical, dental, and vision. However, benefits are only offered to full time associates.
