Great p.t.o. and medical insurance
Best thing about it is the job isn't too demanding honestly it's pretty easy of a job it just depends on who your working with.
Very basic benefits. The company DOES NOT share profits with employees below VP level. PTO policy is good.
It was rather expensive, especially for a single, healthy, 19-year-old woman. Didn't really cover a whole lot, the benefits packet they gave us didn't explain a whole lot either, outside of workman's comp.

As an Relief Manager you get 401k, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision, two weeks off for vacation plus 80 hours sick pay.
Vacations: 2 weeks paid after one year employment for all employees, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, etc. HRA is ~$100 per week for family (spouse+individual+all children) - deductible is $1250 and OOP max is $2500. Vision insurance is $0.75 per week. Flex spending accounts, dental including orthodontics, short term disability, long term disability, accident insurance, life insurance up to 6x your salary, dependent care spending that is a pre-tax deduction, 401k after 6 months, etc! RaceTrac pays for Employee Assistance Program for 4 counseling sessions, as well as $10k life insurance.
