Good pay and benefits, could be slightly better
Benefits are ok. However, they use CVS caremark for prescriptions, which is awful. You can only use CVS (in 90 day supplies) for maintenance medications, which takes away your choice in pharmacies.
Great healthcare/HSA options; 401K match, too much vacation (180 hours first year; 220 hours a year after three years; 260 hours after five years!),,,
Flexible work hours and good work life balance, they do not have much of employee discount programs

There is a generous PTO policy and low payments for the PPO healthcare plan
The benefits are very good at Rackspace. Good PTOs, VTOs. HSA with employer contribution, 401K match, Good Maternity and Paternity leave.
A competitive benefits package with lots to offer. Additional perks include a robust PTO plan including Birthday Time off, Voting Time off, 40+ Volunteer Time off, 10 days of bereavement, and pet care adoption time off. Good work-life balance and is a great place for working parents.

PTO is good for starting fresh, with Volunteer Time Off (VTO), bereavement time off, newly adopted animal time off, birthday time off, etc. Health insurance is okay. Company matches up to 3% for 401k. Maternity leave is solid.
