Insurance was great. Quarterly bonuses. 401k, plenty of vacation time and personal time off.
The 401k match is poor.
Glad to be offered medical, vision and dental at a relatively low rate. But did increase in cost and less option by the time I left.
They change frequently and it’s usually in the interest of the company not the employees. They don’t offer W@H unless you were hired as a remote employee, however, require you work from home after hours during customer emergencies.
Health benefits were pretty industry standard.
Everything is good except the 401K plan.
Vacation and flexibility were awesome. PTO is given up front. Extra time for volunteering. WFH options depending on the work. Standard health insurance options.
The benefits are very equitable. For example, Up to 6% 1to1 match on 401K. This is a considerable improvement to other top tech companies that only offer 1to2 matching.
PTO plan is excellent, especially for longer-tenured employees. There are quarterly team outings. Annual bonus percentage is good. Health insurance has become slightly worse in the last year, specifically the emergency room coverage/copay. The 401k match is low.
