Company provides 401k with some matching, Workplace Insurance is available (though the rates are not competitive unless you have a family), paid expenses for internet and phone, time off and sick days must be accrued.
They offer an excellent variety with many different financial options. Ou can also choose HSA and FSA

The premiums are relatively low compared to most companies I know, and the plans are really good plans. A higher 401k match would be great, but at least they are headed in the right direction since they started matching this year.
Great benefits and Human Resources department. Reasonable premiums and benefits go into effect after 30 days

They make you justify all time off and they want to know where you are going to be, if you are sick they want details.
