Stock Purchase Plan/Options are not ready open to everyone. You must ask your manager or higher up about getting options and it is up to them who is given options to purchase stock.
One of the best things is employer matching 401k contributions. One of the worst is high deductible health insurance.
10 paid holidays on top of PTO is very nice. While there are no "sick days" the ability for me to work from home is greatly valued
The benefits offered to full time employees is BY FAR THE BEST package I have ever had. I even extended the benefits through Cobra after my resignation from the company. For a single individual only receiving benefits for self, I paid LESS than $15.00 a paycheck , or less than $30 a month and that covered Medical, Dental, and Vision. As well as a 401K with a contribution match of 5% (which is really good!) I reached my deductible before July all 3 years of coverage, making any co-pays $0.00 and all prescriptions just above nothing. BCBS of TN - PPO plan.

I have never worked at a company that takes health so serious! I love this about Radio Systems. There are support groups to keep you motivated in your goals, free on site clinic for check up and follow up with its physician. This is not only important about you, but also about your family; your spouse can be part of the wellness program at no cost. The downside is that your spouse is not allowed in the workout facilities. Great environment to bring your dog! Great flexibility to work from home, although that policy should be the same for all departments. Insurance is high deductible, but the company does very well with 401(k) match, life insurance, disabilities,etc. Also, the PTO policy is very flexible and convenient, I really like that many national holidays are not observed and those days are given to us for the holidays at end of year (Thanksgiving/Christmas) which reflects the company's interest of a good work/life balance. A new bereavement leave has just been approved and that is very valuable for us employees, especially if our families live abroad.
Best is the 401K match.
Health Coverage is high Deductible HSA plan. They do help fund but it's been lowered each year. Great 401K with match. Great PTO accrual and awards for 10 years of service.
