Not much to choose from or available.
Employee discount on mobile partners. Employee discount on RadioShack products, which wasn't all that great. Very poor health and dental coverage. They did offer a 401K which I opted out of.
It was fast paced, busy, hectic, loud, dark, slow, no money, idiotic, diplomatic.
No benefits for part timers but commission was available on sales. Management was also able to make schedules meet the demands of all workers
I liked everything that the company offered
It was the bare minimum.
The best thing and the worst thing about the benefits package at RadioShack is that there are no longer any benefit packages at RadioShack. Unfortunately writing about the benefits proves to be moot at this point in time.
Amazing benefits for many years until bankruptcy. A completely different company afterwards.
They wouldn't offer me anything because apparently I was never officially full-time in the company system when I worked anywhere from 45-55 hours per week.
Basic package, tough work/life balance.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
