Non-existent. None. Not even safety directions.
Training department virtually nonexistent. Led by colleagues under "other duties as assigned" Fair amount of computer-based instrudction.
The routine training is good but when checking guests in there is so many stipulations that it can get confusing.
I had very little training.
A lot of online training, more for the reward of Club Carlson points (because the principles involved are basic knowledge).
Its just regular job training, the previous employee trains you before they leave along with some computer training by management. Also you will be trained to deal with maintenance issues if they arise and you are the only person in the building.
The manager did take the time to train me, and was detailed about the processes in the Opera Computer system.
I trained myself second day left there alone

pretty complete about job training, just common sense stuff, not very honest about all the job details really would not recommend this position to anyone, large turnover
