We have a program where you can take coworkers from different departments out once per month and submit for reimbursement. There is a wellness program being pushed at Raffa as well. If you can meet certain wellness standards, there is a reduction in insurance costs. 3% 401(k) match.
PTO is taken in increments of 4 hours so time off up to 3.75 hours can be charged to paid personal time and not PTO. Company is very accommodating with schedule.
They contribute a lot more to the health insurance than other companies which says a lot for a company that works with employee benefits, all other benefits were also great, they dont have a separate vision plan but overall I think their benefits are great!
