Worst vacation policy I have ever come across. Regardless of incoming experience, everybody gets 2 weeks for the first 5 years.
Decent benefits but that does make up for work environment.

Good 401(k) match, California health options include Anthem Blue Cross PPO and Kaiser HMO. HSA plan with Anthem is good but deductibles are really high. Vision used to be better (VSP) but now Anthem and not great.
Standard vacation policy, about two weeks. Good 401k matching. No free coffee. Bad culture.
Best: Personal time off ( different from vacation ) can be used to address family or personal issues. It can not be combined with vacation days. Employees often use half day or a single day each time. Worst: Vacation days for new employees often start at 2 weeks. It will be 3 weeks after 5 years. New employees with over 20 years of experience often feel that is a big step back.
Best benefit was the incentive program where you can earn up to 200% of your incentive. Worst part was no no opportunity for professional development.
