Great benefits and flexible work arrangements
Good health insurance options, flexible work from home policy.
It's impressively comprehensive for a company this size; I'm not lacking anything I need.
The benefits are awesome. Company-paid life insurance policy, health, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, paternity and maternity leave, flexible work from home, unlimited PTO, I could go on and on. HR is constantly listening to feedback and improving an already great array of benefits. Then there are the fun
Rainforest really takes care of employees with benefits. HR is always collecting feedback to make sure they prioritize offering what's important to employees. Highlights of benefits include the flexibility and autonomy to work remotely as needed, lunch provided every day, and regular company and team social activities to encourage collaboration and bonding. Rainforest is a very remote-friendly company and even does two remote weeks each year where SF-based employees work remotely from the destination of their choice!
Free lunches, no 401K matching
The result of an inexperienced business operations team, benefits are inconsistent and unprofessional. Need to bring in professionals to run human resources, etc.
Unlimited PTO is enforced by management, great healthcare benefits.
Benefits are really really good. Free lunch, Waffle Day, unlimited paid time off,
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
