Job training takes about 2 weeks
They guide you step by step.
I got trained before a real training program went through, now the program is thorough and well put together.
It was great not complaints.
Depending on location some are more serious than others
Training was so subpar that on the first day, many people were overwhelmed. There were times when I asked to be trained for new opportunities and was given the run-around by managers, corporate, and the damn General manager

Top of the line training and training advisors
Depends heavily on the person training, as long as they care and know what it is they are doing and you pay attention to them and actually learn from it it can work very well
