Really great for college students or high schoolers. Some locations aren't great for people who need to work completely full-time, busy stores call for full-time workers.

One of the only good things about working here is the flexible work schedule. Be mindful that you can also find yourself on the lower end of a range of 10-30 hours

Any time I have requested a day off, they approved it. You can also switch shifts or release shifts for other employees to take, and they usually approve those very quickly. I do have to work some close shifts though. And I'm not sure how flexible they will be on hours when school starts up again.

The store wasn't very good about hiring and firing. They would fire a lot of people at once, making it where you would work crazy hours. Or hire a lot of people and get no hours.

Scheduling is a bit weird if your availability if small.
