“Management got a free meal per shift and team members received half off of their meal.”
“Decent amount but it's not easy to take it”
The best perk from Raising Cane's was their tuition assistance. Not only was I able to get management experience while in school, I was also able to get help with tuition! This made a huge impact to the amount of student loans I had to borrow.
Great Health, vision and dental insurance.
It’s a big deductible you have to pay first in order to have anything done medically except for routine visits. Vacation time, is not bad for general managers, you get 2 weeks off if you have coverage. There is no 41k offered. Eye care is good. The dental covers a lot.
All like positions start at the same pay rate. Decent health insurances, 401k with 5% match, paid flex holidays. There are company get together where managers and crew alike can all celebrate holidays and general teamwork. Hourly gets vacation at 1yr, avg weekly hours worked previous year. Salary gets 2 weeks to start, and progressively more as tenure matures.
Everything Offered is top of its field and I never had any issues.
paid time off if you work so many hours healthcare dental pet healthcare
Best thing was the emphasis on quality and the investment they dedicated to your training
I worked part-time so I did not get benefits.
