The worst would be the inability to take your scheduled vacation time when needed. The overall benefit package is excellent.

Before or after your shift you’re able to get a free meal so that you never work while you’re hungry.
Different insurance plans are afford at a low affordable rate. You also receive holiday goodies throughout the year.
If you are a full time employee, a manager or a member of the support office, the benefits package is quite good. There is 401k, health insurance, and more.
The benefits package is one of the pro that I did not mention. I did not mention it because the benefits are only for full-time employees and I could get more than 20-25 hours no matter how hard I worked. I had a 12 hour work week with no reason issues for it.
The worst thing about the benefits package at raising Cane's is that part time members were not offered any benefits
