    I love the 10-30 cent guaranteed raise every 6 months, as well as all the free company functions they throw for us employees such as crew picnics, christmas parties, etc.

    Even though you are on vacation, you will not get a paid vacation, and your requests will most likely get denied there if you ask for one.

    Bonus was large if you were at a high-volume store. But bonus could be removed if you received yellow on OPS assessment. However, the bonus structure was good if you fell in line with all measurable requirements.

    Paid time off starts back up after one year they have health insurance life-insurance it most likely goes up more with manager and store manager positions but as a crew member it is what it is
