Here at Raley’s, great benefits are how we invest in the well-being of those who serve our company and our customers. We know that different people value different things, so we offer various benefits to meet our team members’ needs. Eligibility for our perks varies based on position and hours worked.
Great 401K plan, if the store is union, employees will receive benefits from the union.
Raley's likes to promote health and aside from providing healthier food choices in their store, I believe they had some sort of health program for their employees. If I remember correctly, they do also offer a 401k or retirement plan... along with health benefits too, but you were eligible for each of those things provided you met certain conditions. I was too miserable to stay there long enough to enjoy most of their benefits which is why my memory is a bit fuzzy on them. I do know they offer decent benefits because they were a lot better than what my previous employer had offered.
They offer health insurance including dental. They offering a company 401k and also provide employees with a ten percent discount on merchandise.
All is good and all employees are nice.
The benefits are pretty good, when you get the higher package. The cheaper one sucks and barely covers anything.
All are good benefits
Best thing they offer health care after a certain amount of hours are worked. Worst you have to track it no one tells when you are eligible for benefits.
Very generous benefits package. Raley's cares for their team members.
Great health insurance. Good dental deal. Paid vacations.
10% discount on groceries! Healthcare offered but I couldn’t afford it at the time. Don’t recall 401k package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
