As a part time employee you get paid hourly and it starts at minimum wage. There are no set hours, one week you can have 10 and the next 20. No bonus and requesting time off isn't always accepted.

Best thing is that we get good benefits and the worst thing is that we have to work 6 months before we are entitled to them but they extensive and worth having.
