The vacation is generous, 3 weeks, 6 personal/sick and your birthday off. But, you earn the time slowly and even once you’ve earned it it’s split up into 3 parts of the fiscal year. Medical is very expensive, over $400/month! While I have a nice salary on paper the payroll deductions for benefits I feel is excessive. The discount , 50% , is generous but it still doesn’t put most product in my price range..
