Matched 401K, tons of holidays off- even MLK!
The vacation is generous, 3 weeks, 6 personal/sick and your birthday off. But, you earn the time slowly and even once you’ve earned it it’s split up into 3 parts of the fiscal year. Medical is very expensive, over $400/month! While I have a nice salary on paper the payroll deductions for benefits I feel is excessive. The discount , 50% , is generous but it still doesn’t put most product in my price range..
Benefits were great, I felt that me and my family were supported.
The price was great for the coverage offered with United
Perk: Plenty of benefits Con: You'll have to pay into them
Fair benefits package. Not necessarily unique but comprehensive.
NC campus has on site clinic. They also write some prescriptions & can provide strep test. The nurse on duty is friendly.
Best thing - T. Rowe Price
maternity leave is not that long no matter how long you've been with the company. The over all time off seems to be "at your managers discretion". because of this there were employees who received extended PAID time off where as others took the extended time unpaid! employees with the company the same time and held the same title
As an intern, you have none
