401K is now a 75% match. Not sure about health care since I am still under my parents plan until I am 26. Vacation package is great compared to other brands.
great medical insurance and life insurance, 401K but not a lot of vacations days
401k, health insurance, time off.
Benefits not offered to part time employees Full time employees received neutral valued benefits. Nothing to rave on about. Good employee discount, 50% off full price, 40% off discounted
TONSSSSS of PTO available (including 4 wks paid parental leave). Insurance has just gotten more and more expensive, though.
401k was ok, they matched 3%. 2+ weeks of vacation plus 6 personal/sick days. Insurance was good at first but then slowly declined each year.
50% off discount online, 30% at outlet. Be ready to work whenever they schedule you.
Pros: Standard healthcare coverage with United Healthcare, Summer Fridays, Gym discounts
Part timer. Extensive benefits not expected. Management flexible and will work with your schedule. Hours can fit your needs. Great employee purchasing benefits.
The vacation is generous, 3 weeks, 6 personal/sick and your birthday off. But, you earn the time slowly and even once you’ve earned it it’s split up into 3 parts of the fiscal year. Medical is very expensive, over $400/month! While I have a nice salary on paper the payroll deductions for benefits I feel is excessive. The discount , 50% , is generous but it still doesn’t put most product in my price range..
