“It wasn't much. And they would have to approve the dates prior to discount. So I would have to put in a request to stay at a Ramada and get approval before checking in. ”

There is no benefits package.
Bonus Plan and good health medical benefits and plans
The management is terrible and they go through help like crazy because of the poor management.
Staff spread thin. High overturn rate. Not a lot of structure within company. Granted this was back in 2017, so new management/protocols may be in place.
The healthcare option is pricey, and they do not contribute to the dental or vision, but having these options at all is still a plus.
Great benefits and great staff
There was not anything good about their benefits because as a part time housekeeper, you do not receive any benefits what so ever.
Sadly, Ramada didn't offer any health care benefits.
