The College tries to keep the costs reasonable even with rising costs.
Nine month contract, but paid on annual monthly basis. Great Health Insurance, For couples with spouse employed elsewhere the RC health Insurance was a better deal. Had a TIAA CREF retirement plan with 8% contributed by RC. also had automatic Life Insurance policy and optional Dental Plan, Very pleased with benefits. Worse thing was that we lost ground from an employer input of 12% to only 8% into the TIAA CREF.
