    Very minimal healthcare benefits program.

RSR is at the forefront of flexible work and work from home initiatives. It is a largely virtual organization.

Very low PTO. They could at least offer the standard 10 days. Benefits packages depend on the account that you are on. Some of the benefits packages are very expensive especially with weekly pay. Randstad does not pay for bereavement leave and Jury duty pay depends on the state you live in. Randstad Sourceright really needs to improve their benefits packages in order to retain talent.

Consultants of Fishbowl, I'm 31 and have ~$2m. No kids, student loans, etc... I'm also getting CTL'd. If you were in my position, would you scramble to get a new position or retire early?

Health insurance is way too expensive. And this isn’t one of these plans where you pay a lot and pay little on the backend. For just lil ol’ me, I have $150 per paycheck taken out and then pay up to $70 per visit!

No PTO and vacation accumulation that is actually worth giving to anyone. I was employed for 7 months and in that entire time I only accumulated 2 days of PTO.

Benefits are excellent. Every year I learn about even more benefits that I didn't even realize were available to me.

They use “personal time off” (PTO), versus “vacation” and “sick” time. Employees can use this time in either capacity. Up to 10 hours of PTO can be rolled into the next calendar year.
