The benefits overall are great.
Terrible benefits. Health care is outrageous, no PTO until 1 year of employment and then only 4 days per year
I was not a full-time employee as I was on a temporary placement through a staffing agency. However, I was offered a full time position. I was offered better pay but am not sure about their 401k matching or health benefits. I know there was a gym at a nearby building that we were allowed to use. There were also periodically sponsored lunches at the office and gift cards given out for outstanding performance.
As an internal permanent employee RSR offers awesome benefits! I am very happy with the benefit package overall!
It isaverage at best
Best: It's take out of your paycheck pre-tax Worst: There's no contribution from RSR.
Health coverage, 401k, life insurance and accrued paid time off
Vison and Dental benefits were average in price, Medical was higher than insuring myself on an individual policy.
Very expensive for being a contract employee
401K was competitive. PTO was good.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
