Good benefits and PTO benefits.
401k match, flexible time off, constantly looking to improve
Fantastic benefits team who truly care about your well being.
Great benefits. Perks are great for people going into the office
Great perks and unlimited vacation
-stock ESPP and 401K are good -US health insurance is good only if you're in Massachusetts (BlueCross Blue Shield of MA). I recently moved to a different state to work remotely (where we have another office) and barely anything is covered by insurance out here -They offer good parental/maternity leave. Though if you're like me and don't have kids or plan on having kids that doesn't really matter that much -No benefits or rewards for staying here a certain amount of time. Would love if they decided to grant sabbaticals or bonuses for staying with company X amount of years -No remote benefits or stipends. They did give everyone a one-time $150 amount to work from home during the pandemic in 2020. Though that may have been discontinued for new hires now. -Offices have snacks and drinks available, occasionally lunches left over from other meetings.
