    Pay - peanuts commission rate- peanuts unlimited vacation - being in sales you can never take vacay plus company doesn't have to pay anything to you when you leave. healthcare - pay out of pocket more 401K - good

    Benefits are pretty standard, not great. Cons: -401k match is low. -Health Insurance plan is the worst I've had in my career (basically everything is out of pocket, you either have a high deductible or high premiums, R7 doesn't cover much.) I would recommend going on your spouse's insurance, if married. I'm guessing many of the younger workforce remain on their parent's plans. -No tuition reimbursement (in an industry that needs highly skilled professionals). -No gym/fitness/wellness stipend. -Maternity/Paternity leave meets the MA State requirements but you get nothing more. -10 holidays which is standard (but this year we do not get NYE off, and next year we do not get Christmas Eve off) Pros: -ESPP -Flexibility to work from home if needed -Free snacks and great office space -"Unlimited" PTO Many of the pros are standard for software/tech companies in Boston. Nothing special here.

    Health insurance is incredible - great coverage and premiums. Unlimited PTO is what you make of it. 401k match is there, but lacking in terms of overall company match.

    I think the company have one of the best health benefits plan. Pre tax Transit, parking and HSA. Also blue cross blue shield is one of the best carrier out there.

    The best part of the benefits package is the employer matched health care. Top notch benefits at a really affordable price with reasonable low deductibles.

    401k match is now a thing! But it's on the low side, and it's capped by a specific dollar amount ($1500). Considering the match didn't exist before 2017, I'm hopeful that this benefit will get better in the future.
