Several different benefit packages to choose from making it feel very custom.
Good company match for the 401K!
Employee paid portion of health benefits has increased substantially in the past 3 years.
Was only a part-time so I was not eligible for benefits.
Copay is higher than I would prefer
Minimal 401(k) match. Lots of disparity in pay and bonuses between departments. Expensive health insurance. Limited time off.
Best medical insurance. They use Alabama teachers insurance and it is great coverage.
There is nothing really good. It is pretty basic. Healthcare is bad.
Great benefits, 401k health vision dental life the works! I wish benefits would be available upon hire, rather than waiting for 90 probation period like long ago business practices.
I was only offered part-time but was told upfront it would actually be full-time hours with no benefits and that this probably wouldn't change till I was there at least a year, more likely two years. They gave me a brochure about their EAP, and when I asked the benefits lady which mental health clinics they used for free tyerapy sessions, not only did she not have an answer, she gave me a shocked look as if I had told her I was a serial killer. Then she said something "IF something should happen...like a death, and you think you NEED therapy, I can help you figure it out. For now, here's the brochure." and gave me the brochure I already had. At that point, I was too embarrassed to explain that I was already in therapy and wondering how to go about using the program for my regular sessions.
