Maternity benefit has improved greatly. 100% pay for 16 weeks for employees working more than one year. 60% pay for 16 weeks for those working less than one year.

Maternity Policies updated 2015. Tiered by tenure. After 5 years you receive 12 Weeks, 100% paid, first week comes out of vacation/sick time. This is finally more competitive with the domestic FS industry.
Paternity leave is 2 weeks, maternity leave is only 8 weeks (or 10 weeks if C-section)

Benefits weren't that great when I took maternity leave. It's since been enhanced to better benefit newer employees.
