Retirement benefits about 7% of salary
401k match is maxed at $1000 and takes 4 years to vest. They have other programs but aren’t transparent
Worst is the 401 k match
Excellent vacation policy compare to others, paid maternity and paternity leave based on years of service. Tution assistance, 401k match and Esop and profit sharing. 2 options for Health insurance hsa plans.
Terrible 401k, max match of 1000, expensive medical, and pay for parking if in Memphis region
The 401k matching is subpar at $1k max a year and a 6 year vesting period. However the profit sharing plan + ESOP help offset this a bit and undergoes the same vesting period. Start off with 10 vacation days and get raised to 15 after 3 years, and 20 after 10 years. You also get all the NYSE paid holidays so expect an additional 9 days or so off. This includes Christmas but not Christmas eve. Includes Thanksgiving, but not the Friday after. Most managers will offer these as half days however. The insurance has now been changed to a high deductible plan with HSA. Pretty decent as long as you don't get sick too often. I believe the math always works out in your favor even if your costs are high, but you will have to get used to essentially paying for everything. If you have enough money left over to invest in your HSA, be wary of keeping the custodian offered by RJ since they charge a flat .4% rate on everything. There is education training offered company-wide so you can continue your education in your own time and RJ will help partly fund this. Some internal training as well, but that is at the discretion of your manager. Nothing for Paternity Leave. Company culture in IT is horrendous. Expect to keep your head down and work every day you come in. Some of the bigger events like Halloween are celebrated in the business side.
Two weeks vacation 6 sick days and 9 holidays off.
Comprehensive benefits and high-deductible plan offered. Would like more PTO time.
Flexible health insurance options with HSA
2 weeks vacation which is not competitive and no choice in health benefits except for HSA.
