Flexible health insurance options with HSA
Best: Paid time off and Maternity Leave
Summary: Outdated Benefit Packages. Good: Work/Life Balance, Culture. Bad: PTO, HC plan, and Salaries all worse than peers, no changes.
The current medical insurance options are horrible. Still great 401k and employee stock options.
Straight HSA. No PPO. Very expensive insurance
Employee stock purchase plans offers 15% off stock price
For me, the health insurance was important. While it seemed like we paid a bit more per paycheck, for me the insurance was pretty good. Also, the St. Pete home office has a clinic onsite that is way cheaper than going elsewhere. 401k was ok too.
Health Insurance can be improved
Very good benefits with health insurance, 401k contributions, on-site health clinic, and cafeteria.
Good package and nice bonus as well as profit sharing.
