Better communication about what all is available to you each year would be nice since circumstances change. One day a benefit is not helpful and the next day it is very helpful.
vacation and sick are separate. 2 of 5 days sick (yr.) can be used as personal. Pay is competitive. Profit sharing, employee stock purchase, employee stock ownership are nice options but the vesting schedule requires 6 yrs to fully vest.
Vacation rollover year to year is quite generous, up to accrual amount for the year
The 401(k) is solid. It has great investment choices and has zero fees besides the investment fees (which are rock bottom).
