Under market but decent. They match 3%

StarStarStarStarStar Former Manufacturing Systems Engineer II in Tucson, Arizona

3% match which is below market. Investment options were good with the option to have a brokerage account inside the 401k (could not buy individual company stock with it though).

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Los Angeles, California

Have nothing to compare it to. I have heard that depending on when hired that company match might be different and might be different between business unit.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Norfolk, Virginia

Great benefit. Matching 401k and fully vested after 5 years. Not all large companies have this. Never take this for granted when it's available.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Sierra Vista, Arizona

They provide a lot of investment options and flexibility in their Raysip accounts. You can call and receive information and investment advice from the fidelity employees who oversee the Raysip accounts.

  • May 19, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Information Systems Technologist II in Denver, Colorado

Best is they match 3 percent and it is 100 percent vested. Worst, It takes 5 years to get another 1 percent for a 4 percent match. Funds are limited.
