Raytheon offers medical coverage.
United Health Care high deductible plan. The plan is a la carte meaning "choice" and you can go directly to specialists. You pay for everything out of pocket up to the deductible which you can choose $3-4000. Then coinsurance 10-20% until the out of pocket max near $7,000 for a family. The company contributes to an HSA on your behalf and you can contribute up to federal limits using pre-tax money. The money is never taxed if used for medical expenses. I actually like the plan ok, the premiums are not too bad, but they doubled last year, and I expect them to keep rising.
Standard health benefits yeah yeahv
Only HSA or Kaiser, but the by in for HSA is pretty low compared to other employers. No longer offering PPO.
Only plans are low premium/ high deductable. My family frequently has to travel over an hour to find in-network providers.
Only low premium/high deductables available.
Health insurance is really good.
good coverage, HSA account contribution from employer, (high deductible is only negative)
United Healthcare coverage which is great. Healthcare cost continue to rise 20% YoY. Company contributes to your HSA.
Health insurance is pretty standard
