    I don't know what Maternity leave is but all full time employees get 3 weeks paid time off for paternity leave, which can be used at any point up to 6 months after your child is born. There is also time off for adoption but I am not sure how that works.

    All parents: 3 weeks parental leave including adoptive parents. Mothers: on top of parental leave, you can have 10 weeks total of short term disability through STD provider METlife that can start up to 4 weeks before the due date. to use STD, you have to use 5 days of PTO time also.
