good coverage, HSA account contribution from employer, (high deductible is only negative)
United Healthcare coverage which is great. Healthcare cost continue to rise 20% YoY. Company contributes to your HSA.
Health insurance is pretty standard
Great choice, selection of coverage options. Was able to choose coverage with a provider I already had an ongoing relationship with
HDHP with HSA through UHC. $2000 deductible, premiums costs me about $950 pretax per year. Raytheon contributes $750 per year to my HSA, which is managed by Fidelity.
HSA2 from United Health Care is only $900 a year for a single with a $2k deductible. They contribute 500 or so to your HSA.
It seems to be pretty cheap. However i didnt use it since im still on my parents insurance.
Wide range of coverage available, easy to find doctors in network.
Cost is high and the deductibles of 3k-5k is ridiculous!!
Overall good benefits considering increasing premiums with all companies
