“The Company match is four percent.”
“Very high deductibles and you must pay the entire family deductibles before benefit level achieved per individual.”
“Around five weeks of time off are available for those who have been there for a long time.”
9/80 Schedule allows you to have every other Friday off
The benefits packages are highly competitive and have a lot of options that can be customized around where the employee is at in their life.
4 percent match for 401k
Pantheon - Codex has the best benefits package in the region.
Provides multiple 401k matching opportunities
Best thing is every other Friday off
The 9/80 schedule, holiday shutdown and mod time are great work -life benefits. I never struggled to keep a balance and was compensated when there was more work to be done. However the pto/sick time is better at other companies. Also there aren’t many benefits I feel would attract millennials to the workforce. Lots of “lifers” due to a grandfathered in pension.
The benefit package is expensive and requires more out of pocket money than I have ever seen. Before benefits kick in you must pay the family deductible, not individual deductible like other places.... and the deductible is more than I am accustomed to 3 fold. PTO is just 3 weeks combined, which is lacking if you are management level and accustomed to separate vacation and sick time. They also don’t take any of the good government holidays. That cut another 5 days off out.
120 Hours starting PTO. Company veterans get a whole lot more. Currently working from home, which is nice. Little overtime, but may be needed rarely.
They have a fantastic education and training program. Standard PTO and Health. Good 401k and flexible work environment
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
