“old 401k was fidelity, they were great , new company is no name bad reviews and charge you for everything. terrible. ”
“Good. The high deductible plan with HSA is pretty good. ”
“Front loaded 3 weeks that you can use whenever throughout the year. Week off between christmas and new year. Throughout the pandemic, allowed a lot of time to be rolled over, and a lot of flexibility with how employees manage or use PTO.”
Added 401K match but not sure for new employees.
As RTX continues its merger, the benefits are seemingly good. 15 days of PTO to start Great 401k and match Sick time Company shutdown for last week of the year
great job and great benefits
15 days of PTO as well as Christmas to New Years off
Excellent PTO, great work/life balance with the 9/80 work schedule. Tuition reimbursement is excellent.
Provide a thorough spread of benefits
Benefits are mostly standard for the industry. A pension would be awesome.
Great benefits and company match 401k.
C-suite leadership touts world-class benefits, but that just isn't true of what's offered to us. Our benefits are fair, but not worth bragging about. Premiums have gone up, coverage had gone down. Administration of benefits is almost all outsourced (to the lowest bidder and/or 'bots). As a result, customer service is deplorable when trying to use or modify benefits.
when company got bought, someone must have got kickbacks for selling the benefit services because they are terrible now.
