Free vision insurance and add on pet insurance!
They are all very nice at Razer.
Free lunches 4 times a week, full kitchen, decent medical benefits.
Healthcare and dental are a little above average. There are a few health plans to choose from and one dental plan. Each employee can reimburse up to $120 / year in game purchases (They have to be actual games; hardware does not count, which is strange.) The perk most people enjoy most is free lunch, which happens Monday - Thursday with bagels Friday.
Healthy benefits is pretty good, pet insurance, gaming allowance, internal gaming events, employee discounts, attendance of major gaming conventions or events, free lunch, happy hours, quarterly team building activities, recreational area, employee lounge, awesome workstation setup
Very rich benefits package including health, dental, vision, even pet insurance. There is a match on the 401(k) which is pretty rare these days.
Not quite up to par with other tech companies in SF area.
Doesn't compete with companies on the doorstep in terms of unlimited vacation and free meals, starts at 10 days paid vacation and lunch on Friday. Does have matching 401k.
pretty comprehensive benefits package. medical / dental / vison. 401k match etc. rates will jump if you add spouse to program - but what company doesnt do that. overall the benefits package is pretty solid.
Very poor equity plan relative to other companies in the same space. Overall not a ton of amenities compared to other Bay Area hardware companies, though it can be partially forgiven because it's a small company. A bit stingy about things like 401k matching, employee discount on products, etc. Recent overhaul of benefits plan resulted in more competitive health and dental insurance, but some employees lost significant money in their commuter benefit accounts.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
