Exempt Employees have a great vacation and time off policy. Non Exempt Employees not so much
Decent options, but maternity/paternity provided. 401k match. Unlimited vacation
High deductible plans that are no longer cheap. Formerly offered employee-only plan for $0 which went up to about $40 per paycheck for the same bad insurance. They also offer unlimited PTO but give you a hard time for trying to take it because everyone has such heavy workloads.
The Benefits package here at ReachLocal is absolutely what I needed. They definitely know how to take care of their employees.

Best - There was unlimited PTO per manager discretion for salaried employees, and the building had a gym and yoga space plus a locker room with showers. You could also work from home on occasion when necessary (although it's not their preference) Worst - No 401k match
